Open-Source Research can be a valuable tool in identifying and mitigating various vulnerabilities within an organisation.
Ellen Davies our Lead Open-Source Investigator explains the signs of disgruntlement or stress that can be identified through Open-Source Research.
Open-Source Research can detect signs of stress or disgruntlement through changes in online behaviour, negative posts about the employer, or participation in forums discussing workplace issues. Identifying these signs early allows for intervention before the situation escalates into a security threat. Additionally, employee review sites e.g. Glassdoor can provide an anonymous overview of what staff as a whole are generally happy or dissatisfied with within the workplace.
