David’s career spans 31 years with the British Police Service, culminating as Deputy Assistant Commissioner. He specialised in combating organised crime, anti-corruption and intelligence operations.

David then went into government as the Director of Policy for the criminal justice system and then Director General in the Home Office responsible to Ministers for a large part of the Immigration System.

Bob spent 32 years with the British Police Service specialising in counter terrorism, anti-corruption and tackling organised crime. Bob served as Chief Constable of Surrey Police and then Assistant Commissioner Specialist Operations at The Metropolitan Police, New Scotland Yard London where he was responsible for the protection of the Royal Family, the Prime Minister and Cabinet Ministers and visiting Heads of State. During his career he oversaw the investigations into some of the most complex terrorism cases that took place in the UK.

Brian served in the police service as an investigator for 34 years, culminating in his appointment to the rank of Chief Constable of Wiltshire Police and subsequently service as Director General of the UK Border Force. His longstanding interest in the subject of whistleblowing, and the impact on those who take the brave step of raising the alarm in respect of behaviours which are illegal, immoral or otherwise damaging, led him to undertake his research into whistleblowing in both the UK and Europe, which resulted in the recent award of his doctorate by Middlesex University.

Bill joined McKinsey in the 1980s, becoming partner and co-head of two global practices. He took on a variety of roles including CFO of a FTSE100 business and an investment bank, advising on restructuring cases and acting as an Expert Witness on advice to boards and risk management. He began working in cyber security in 2013 and has been a managing director in a leading US adviser on cyber incidents, a leading UK security consultancy and, most recently, Accenture.

He has advised global leaders in FS, technology, aerospace & defence, operators of critical national infrastructure and government agencies on cyber-security, resilience and the handling of major incidents.

Simon spent 31 years as a police officer. In the final stages of his career, Simon worked as a senior close protection officer with the Metropolitan Police’s Royalty and Specialist Protection (RaSP) command. Simon has protected high-profile figures, including world leaders and royalty, often as visiting dignitaries to the UK. Simon brings extensive experience in creating specialist protective security plans for major events, of which notably he held a central role delivering the protection plans for all Heads of State, Government and dignitaries attending the UK, following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. He has also travelled globally delivering VIP support and close protection solutions for UK interests abroad.
