GSA Global (GSA) has announced a strategic partnership with US-based Traxo the world’s leading provider of real-time corporate travel data capture.

Under the agreement, GSA will provide Traxo’s clients and prospects with independent travel risk assessments and audits to check that travel management policies and procedures meet the best practice criteria included in the ISO 31030:2021 framework.

This ISO guidance is the travel management industry’s global benchmark focused on demonstrating a rigorous level of due diligence in mitigating travel risk. It places employee safety as a primary priority in travel management.

As part of its service, GSA is able provide its GSA ISO 31030 Readiness Assessment, helping organisations to understand whether their current travel risk management arrangements meet the expectations of ISO 31030 and GSA’s audit towards the GSA certificate of accreditation.

Traxo is the world’s only provider of real-time corporate travel data capture, automatically capturing employee travel bookings from any source in one place, seamlessly integrates them into a travel administrator dashboard containing a map displaying all active and upcoming trips and delivering actionable reports providing full visibility. Traxo APIs also allow travel managers to securely distribute travel data to trusted industry service providers and their business intelligence tools.

“GSA Global has been instrumental in defining what modern travel risk management looks like,” added Andres Fabris, CEO and Founder of Traxo. “Together, we’re equipping organisations with the complete picture of employee travel they need to safeguard their people and demonstrate true duty of care.”

Dr Brian Moore QPM, Managing Director of GSA Global added “In a time of challenging world events, we are delighted with our new partnership with Traxo which will enable us us to deliver our expert travel risk management service to Traxo’s clients and provide our clients with complete visibility into employee travel which improve traveller safety and compliance.”

The partnership will revolutionize how organisations monitor travel, provide duty of care support, and help ensure that risk management teams can honour their legal and ethical responsibilities toward business travellers and their safety.
