GSA Global has partnered with the Meetings Industry Association (MIA) in preparation for the proposed ‘Martyn’s Law’ and have produced a practical guide to help the business meetings and events industry navigate the emerging issues associated with Martyn’s Law.

The extensive guide provides details on the existing legal frameworks that venues must comply with to ensure the safety of their staff, visitors, and the public, as well as information on the expected Martyn’s Law. It also provides helpful information on the potential implications for varying sized venues alongside training checklists, risk assessment templates and communication protocols.

As the legislation is not yet legally mandated, this does not serve as legal advice. Instead, it provides practical guidance aimed at encouraging venues to evaluate their security measures, improve their emergency preparedness, and ultimately create safer spaces for people to meet.

Please fill out the below form to receive the guide to navigating Martyn’s Law.
